We want you to get real value from the masterclass. If you do not believe the program delivered real value to you, we will refund your payment in full. No hoops and no conditions. To request a refund under the guarantee, email [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the final live session.
You may cancel your registration at any time before the masterclass begins and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Email us with your name and the email address used at checkout.
Your registration includes one month of access to the Sozo Academy community, and your membership renews monthly after that. You may cancel at any time, including right after the masterclass ends, and you will not be billed again. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
